All of Cool Today employees are professional and personable. I trust this company and although they might be a bit higher priced, they stand by their work and warranty it as well. As a snowbird, I appreciate this and appreciate the easy maintenance plans.

Purchased an annual care plan from Cool Today and after scheduling the electrical safety inspection included in the plan, it was canceled and had to reschedule. Then after scheduling the plumbing safety inspection, the technician didn’t make it within the noon to 4 timeline and well after 4pm, still no word from the technician, not even to let us know he was going to late. Called Cool Today custom service to reschedule after wasting a whole afternoon waiting, they couldn’t get me rescheduled until sometime in June (it’s April 15). Absolutely the worst customer care and the care plan was a total waste of money. Will never, ever us Cool Today again.

I was worried that my air conditioning in my new house that I recently purchased wasn't cooling properly so I called Cool Today who installed the air conditioner. I was impressed that I could get an appointment for that day and Ryan, the service technician, did a great job checking out the system and explaining things that I could do to keep it in working order which I appreciated. He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I was pleased with the service.

Cool Today installed a new AC system for us recently. Chris in sales is very knowledgeble and helpful he responded to several questions after initial visit. Paul, who led the installation with another technician was super skilled. We appreciated the automated text system to track their arrival time, with photo, and the covering they put all through our house and up the stairs to protect flooring. Paul also crawled in our attic to repair a crack in the discharge pipe! Overall Cool Today made us feel confident about our purchase. One star deducted for pretentious (and annoying) post-purchase rating request texts and emails faking the company president's name. Otherwise, five stars.

Great company. I'm new to the Rotunda West area. A friend of mine referred Cool Today. They said technician would contact me when he was 45 minutes out and literally he did to the minute. Joseph was awesome. I wasn't there, a friend met him, and he called me and went over everything. Even followed up by having the company call me to get a quote on a new air condition unit. Liked their professionalism and thoroughness so much I even signed up for their yearly membership program. Would recommend these guys to anyone
