We had a great experience with Cool Today. As busy parents running a business, we don’t have much time to keep up with AC maintenance, so our unit ended up badly clogged, it started leaking and even shut off. I called their office, and they were super responsive, getting us on the schedule right away. Ahmad, our technician, called early within the expected time window to let me know he was on his way. He was professional, courteous, and even put covers on his shoes before coming in. He let me know the vacuum would be a little loud, which I really appreciated. He explained everything clearly and even showed me pictures of the areas that needed attention. He was able to clear out the AC drain line, which was in rough shape, and had everything back up and running in just over an hour. I’ll definitely be signing up for their care plan to stay on top of maintenance from now on.

Stay away from this company. They sent someone that was to install (hook up) our new waahing machine that had no clue how to do his job. He reinstalled the shipping bolts sayting they were to keep the washer away from the wall. When we started the washer it locked up and jumped across. The room. Then talked to manager that was very condescending and rude. He would not take any responsibility for his techs mistake. Think twice about using this company. There are plenty of good plumbing and HVAC companies out there

Switched to Cool Today over 5 years ago when I needed a new HVAC unit. They offered reputable units with multiple options to suit my needs. Customer service has been exceptional either calling the office or the great staff who comes to do the regular servicing to the unit. They take the time to explain their recommendations or the items needing repairs or replacements with no pressure. Just an awesome business all around.
