They sent two experienced installers, Fred and Carlos who provided professional installation and detailed information on its operation. Best of all, warranty as long as we own our home. We are very happy.

From our initial Sales visit with Scott to the install by Frederick and Carlos, everything was top notch!! Scott was so knowledgeable, not pushy and we received our quote in a timely manner. Our temp patch that had been done week before by another company didn’t last over the weekend and on Sunday late afternoon text Scott who responded promptly and had us set up for a Monday morning install!!! The install guys, Frederick and Carlos, were outstanding! It was a hard install but they worked all day and we are back to getting cool!!! Polite, cleaned up well! Gave us a good tutorial of new equipment and info. So happy with the entire process and level of service! Would definitely recommend and plan on having them do our maintenance. Cool today was on the job Thursday, replacing our air conditioning system the day after we spoke to their sales representative, Chris. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Team of three arrived and worked hard to get our old system out. They installed our new Lenox system, and then cleaned up afterwards. The team lead by Carlos Rodriguez, was knowledgeable, respectful of our questions, and very conscientious. We are so grateful to have our new air conditioning up and running. It is definitely an improvement in quietness and efficiency. Our guest room is no longer the stuffy, and the entire house is evenly cool and quiet. Thank you Cool Today for taking care of our home.

UPDATE: AC went off late last night. Called and a service tech Vince was at the house first thing this morning. Determined it was a clogged float switch for the AC drain. MUCH relieved as it was a quick fix. Vince changed out the 2 UV bulbs and did a full system check. He’s knowledgeable and a genuinely nice guy, which is a plus today! A BIG THANK YOU to the Cool Today TEAM for getting us up and running so quickly!!!! UPDATE: Re the AC Condenser The unit went on the fritz yesterday. Made the call to Cool Today. Bryan was at the house by 8:30p and determined the unit was toast. He reached out to the office and this morning @ 9a the install team of Paul and Carlos were here to swap out the unit. THATS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! (UPDATE: (re Ductwork) Ivan and Victor worked on our ducting issues to resolve an air flow problem we were having in one area of the house. We were impressed that their boss Tom came out to the job to review the scope of work with them. We asked them to access the attic from the garage only and not from the bedroom area due to allergies with dust and it was no problem. They were very accommodating. While we couldn’t see they’re work in the attic what we did see was how neat they were in the prep area in the garage. At the end of the job they went around the house to check the airflow and did a checkup/modification to the air flow from the AC unit increasing the fan speed. Not an easy job but they worked very well together as a team. Thank you

Great experience! We called and got a quick response, Scott was excellent, he was very professional and listened carefully. He provided a good quote, helped us use our Home Depot credit and had the job scheduled for the first thing the next morning. The installation crew, Shawn and Carlos were great. Very friendly and did a super job installing and cleaning up, taking away the old equipment. Our home is cool today and we are very happy. Will recommend you to our friends.
