My technician Joseph St. John was terrific. This was a routine maintenance visit for my A/C system. He was thorough and explained clearly what was done and what to watch for going forward. He also made a point to address some minor adjustments to improve performance. This is my fourth year using Cool Today's services and I am glad to continue using them. Great company. I'm new to the Rotunda West area. A friend of mine referred Cool Today. They said technician would contact me when he was 45 minutes out and literally he did to the minute. Joseph was awesome. I wasn't there, a friend met him, and he called me and went over everything. Even followed up by having the company call me to get a quote on a new air condition unit. The A/C technician Joseph Robinson was at my house within 1 hour of calling for assistance fixing my A/C unit. Joseph was very efficient and checked my whole system and fixed the wires to my sending unit. Since this system is very old he conducted an analysis and determined that the system will need to he replaced in the near future. I would highly recommend CoolToday for service in the future .
