From start to finish, one of the most excellent experiences we’ve had with a project. Mr. Phil Shore was the best, he was knowledgeable and dedicated from start to finish. The technicians were fantastic as well, courteous and efficient, very satisfied with the installation. We rarely do reviews, but felt it was important to let others know it was such a good experience. Very satisfied customers. Thank you, Cool Today

Long story short...most things the Technician said were BS! Main thing he said I needed a new Fan Motor since my heat didn't work. That would have been close to $2,000 with tax and labor. I called a local A/C guy while he was here to have him come over. So Mike turned on the A/C and it came on. Wow, why didn't the Cool Today Tech try that??? So, all I need is a heating connection replaced that will be around $200, instead of $2,000! I'm sorry that I contracted with this company as well as having three of my Customers switch over to them! Bummer ir was.

I'd keep looking. Unless you like wasting your own time to be ignored after literally being told they dropped the ball and promising to make it right. I shouldnt lose work time to wait for someone who isn't even coming. Asked for escalation on friday - its two business days later- still no contact from them. If a whole new system, ductwork, and insulation results in 7 degree disparity in room temperatures from 71-78 degrees to 74-80 degrees. My system is constantly kicking on set at 77. I can't lower it because condensation is literally dripping in a cold room, can't raise it unless people want to sleep in heat. I wish i could return the whole thing and start fresh with a different company because ive already had two no shows from the manager that was supposed to help me, resulting on my friday escalation request. I think i could go to tech school and get certified to fix my own problem faster than this compsny will take care of it. Please evaluate your workforce, have less people selling and more people skilled at install and fixing. Can you please come take this system back? How can i trust a warranty when you dont call and you dont show up?
