Sam arrived on time. He explained and showed me pictures of what he found on inspection. Recommended solutions and gave me the option of completing all or some on the fixes same day. I was surprised to see my system had started growing mold. We took care of that right away. He installed 3 UV lights inside the system.

After calling several companies and one of them not even showing up to the scheduled appointment, I decided to call Cool Today and I was immediately content with the customer service. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name but the receptionist was so helpful and got us the help we needed right away. She assured us she would send a tech as soon as possible as we were without air and she sure did. 10 min later we had a confirmation our tech was on the way. Sam showed up and was nothing but efficient. He got straight to the point which it’s what we needed. He was extremely sweet and funny which also helped the situation. Fast forwarding to installation day (1 day later by the way) we were very happy with the overall performance the two techs they sent out. They got the job done and were also down to earth. The whole entire experience was just what we needed in the middle of all the craziness. I highly recommend Cool Today!

Serviceman "Sam" was super knowledgeable and efficient. He did a thorough inspection and assessment and provided quality recommendations. My issue, 4 vs 5 stars, is with the time window for service. I was booked for 8 to noon. At 11:45am I still hadn't received a heads-up time so I sent a text to the scheduler. I got a call from Sam shortly after noon when he was only a couple minutes away. Sam did a great job. He was profession and courteous. Explained the results of the maintenance in a clear and concise manner. Would recommend Cool Today. One minor issue that arose was that this service did not include a replacement filter. Other than that I was very satisfied.

He has a very strong worth it ethic, and a pleasant to be around. His helper was also the same way. They both talked very highly of the company. Which was nice to hear!
