Great job done by Adam. My original home builder used pex for an outdoor mounted tankless water heater. The UV ruined the pex and pinhole leaks were in multiple places. It wasn't an emergency so I called late on Tuesday, Adam scoped it out Wednesday, and got the needed stock and made the repairs on Thursday. The result is a plumbing job that will withstand the brutal Florida sun.

We have been down here for two years from up NORT Wisconsin, and have been running a portable dehumidifier all summer both years. My wife asked him if this is common down here to run a small portables along with your HVAC system. His answers are never just yes or no, so it took some investigating. He made the adjustments and the humidity dropped from 64% down to 40%. Jean and I have owned our own businesses for decades and know a keeper when we see one. Please let me know if you plan on letting him go. We would be willing to place him on one of our TEAMS.

Escaped the possible need for a new hot water heater…Plumbing today pricing is high but the work is very reliable. Have used them before with excellent results. Adam Collins was thorough, professional and honest. My experience was positive with him. Now, a few months later we call for service again. We were told a full replacement was needed at 11,500 for a 3.5 ton. Conveniently they had a “salesman” in tow to conveniently take care of the sale…doesn’t seem like they even considered a repair right? We found a company for a larger 5 ton at 5100 installed…that’s a savings of more than 50% (see my review for AC Wholesale). I’d have to give a low rating because it felt dishonest and gouging.

He came out the day after Helene to get our AC running again, and instead of being mysterious and charging us for a hefty repair, he willingly, openly taught my partner how to correct the problem and prevent it from happening again. And, dear reader, Amazing Adam didn't stop there. Our neighbor saw the Cool Today truck in our drive, and popped over to ask him about her unit that had suddenly stopped working. Adam took the time to walk over, give her a quick diagnosis, jumpstart her unit. The man just exuded kindness and care the entire time, and left our neighborhood better than he found it. Beyond thankful for Adam’s work, help and patience today!!! There was a slight battle yesterday between a weed whip and the power to the ac unit… let’s just say the weed whip won! I tried to consult Dr. Google to perform the surgery and after hours of tried and failed attempts, I unfortunately had no luck. Adam waited close to an hour for me to get home from school as he watched my dogs panting in anticipation for any slight breeze. Adam found the issue within about 30 minutes or less and charged for a simple service call as there was really nothing that needed repair. Thankful for the air and lesson learned! We would like to give a huge shout out and thank you to Cool Today, and particularly to Adam who came to our house at 9 o’clock at night, quickly fixed the problem, and got our AC up and running. he insisted on staying for a little bit to make sure that the problem was truly fixed, and he was great about explaining exactly what happened so we can avoid the problem in the future. He was polite, courteous, and clean; putting booties on when he stepped into our house at the front door, taking them off when he stepped out of our house into the garage, and then putting them back on to come back through and explain things to us. Awesome! When we called into the office, we were greeted by somebody who was just as polite and courteous, spoke English flawlessly and did not make promises that would not be kept. She explained that someone would be out, but she could not say when, but that they would call 30 minutes prior. Mind you I called at, 5:30 in the afternoon and was not expecting service the same day but was ecstatic that we did not have to suffer through the heat and humidity last night. We will definitely be signing up for their whole home plan for $20 a month to continue to get this awesome service and not have to worry about AC, plumbing, or electrical when we have a problem. Thanks very much Cool Today! You are truly the epitome of excellence in customer service.

Adam, the tech, called 30 mins before arriving and was there within the time window that was scheduled. He performed routine maintenance and let me know exactly what he was doing. When he found a couple of issues with our system he physically showed/demonstrated the findings, took pictures and fully explained the issues and potential problems. He did not pressure me to make the repairs, but took time to help me understand the options. He then quoted a fair price, replaced the components needed, cleaned up and made the whole process easy. Adam also asked me to let him know if there were any issues with our system. In short, Cool Today did a great job! Please let Adam know that we appreciated his politeness, honesty and work ethic!
