Determined condensate line was blocked. Cleared line. Probably 15 minutes of work plus travel. In future condo meet will clear line for FREE. Cool Today has done good deals such as a maintenance contract but this simple fix and amount of time was far less time consuming than the 2 annual PM inspections which are at a lower cost in total for two annually. With this service call problem fixed but at seemingly way high charge. Service quality is high - cost extreme

Jake was phenomenal and thorough in his work. He was pleasant and polite (and on time) and answered questions readily. His advice was also extremely valuable. Francisco and his trainee Jack did a thorough cleaning and inspecting of all aspects of our A/C system. We were shown an option Captura UVC Germicidal Air Purifier to provide better air quality, as well as the cost of only replacing our UV light source. They we’re courteous, and respectful of our home. I would highly recommend these men! This was done as part of our warranty on this new system.

In May of 2020 I purchased a complete HVAC system from and installed by Cool Today. To date there have been over 10 failures including 2 condenser fans, one compressor and that ones appears to have failed again. Not only does the system fail over and over again they seem to always take multiple days to even come look at the unit and them inform us it will be 3 to 10 days longer to get the part that has failed, so much for the 24/7 service they claim to have. They really need to learn what real customer service looks like. Obviously I do not recommend this company unfortunately there is not a zero star rating. Additional note don’t try to contact a true customer service person as you will be told they are not available and tell you they will have someone call you back lol don’t hold your breath. By the way the system has a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Not holding my breath it will last that long as it grenades about every 6 to 8 months.

Miguel Torres came to check out our 9month old water heater because we are not receiving consistent hot water in our master bath. He diagnosed the problem as either the pump that gets the water upstairs from the garage or a mixing valve for the shower. We decided to wait a bit longer to monitor the situation. The pump is 8 years old so may have lived its life. Miguel was a big help and gave us quotes for the time when repairs are necessary. Because the hot water heater is under warranty we did not have to pay.

Answered all my questions and added helpful insight on some aspects of maintenance I was not sure of. Upon completion of the service we discussed the benefits of purchasing a service contract. Lifetime warranty? Since last Sunday 12 calls, including the answering service, promises of call backs. Today, I was told that the part needed was at Johnstone, I offered to go pick it up and was told that the tech had to., but it could not be completed.this weekend due to staffing ! Now, no service til Monday... QA reached out to me, yesterday, and she was very kind and understanding. Unacceptable responses, total disregard for stated, " LIFETIME WARRANTY", @$12.5 K, spent on this unit, and three units in 15 years WHY ? If I could choose zero stars I would.

My service call was part of a great maintenance plan offered , and I paid nothing for a four hour upkeep call, after having paid a minimal amount to be on their plan over 2 years ago. The in house customer service team is friendly, and quick to act for any questions or issues. Paid for the maintenance plan…. Informed that after hours service was available and scheduled an appointment. The plumber did not show or call. In addition, not even a callback when the emergency after hours line called. Don’t waste your money with the maintenance plan or this company.

My HVAC stopped cooling last night. Today, Gavin quickly found a flare fitting that was leaking. He remade it to fix this leak. He explained the repair process and showed me a video of the leak. Excellent professional service. I recommend hiring Cool Today and sign up for a maintenance contract such has I did. All the repair folks are like Gavin. Thanks again.

We LOVE Cool Today! We had a service plan with Badger Bob. Our system was leaking water. A technician “supposedly” repaired the leak and we went out for the afternoon ( it was a Friday) When we returned home, we realized that the system was not working, and it was hot! . We called to have a the tech return , and were told by Badger Bobs that we would have to wait until Monday which we felt was outrageous considering we had a service plan! We were desperate to get our AC fixed!! We called Cool Today at 8 pm, and although we were not a customer, they had a tech at our house within the hour! Ronnie was amazing! Even though it was late at night, he was polite and efficient! He had our AC back working within 10 minutes! We signed a maintenance contract before he left! Thank you Cool Today!!

Price was right but the service agreement was outstanding Service people have been knowledgeable and efficient and the office staff is responsive and easy to work with. I signed on to offer for 19.95 a month and get real additional benefits for service not only for air conditioner but for plumbing and electric services too. A deal too good to pass on. I encourage friends and family.to check it out.

Cool today showed up quickly, and on time. Our rep was professional and knowledgeable. However, our unit was under factory warranty, and we were quoted $750 labor to change a fan motor. This should be a 1 hour job. $750 per hour seems excessive to me. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but they sent me multiple review requests, so this is my honest review. I am getting additional estimates.

We have been customers of Cool Today since we purchased our home in June 2021. Our HVAC equipment was originally installed in 2015. Cool Today would come out twice a year to inspect and maintain the system. Other than that, we have had to call 2 times for service for repair on the system. Both times Cool Today was absolutely terrific in their response . . . same day and professionally done. At the time of the last repair we learned that a new system would probably be needed within the next year or so since the service life of the existing system was 8-10 years typically. The new systems that would be mandated after January 1, 2025, would be more complex and more expensive than a new system before that date. So, we decided that now would be the best time to get a new system. We received quotes from multiple companies for various scenarios. We chose Cool Today due to our previous experiences with them and also due to the competitiveness of their quote and especially because of the lifetime warranty we would receive on our new system. The installation was scheduled for a Saturday morning and the crew (headed up by Paul Benham) showed up at 8:30 AM and was complete by 1:30 PM . . . and VERY professional and neatly done. We feel that we made an excellent choice by selecting Cool Today!

The first time we called to book an appointment over the phone the technician was prompt courteous and very professional. Called us thirty minutes before, the whole nine yards… So much so that we signed up for their whole home maintenance plan, five stars… no questions right? Well today I lowered my rating one star because I booked a maintenance appointment from their email about an electrical issue we had. 9-12 show up time… I waited until the last 30 minutes with no phone call… so I called in the operator told me sorry they were in a team meeting all morning and are just getting out. They have one other appointment before you. Might be an hour or two. Needless to say I was disappointed that nobody called to tell me any of this as I could have been doing errands or actual work. If they nines they had a team meeting they should have called the day before and notified all am appointments. But now I might have someone show up in the next three hour window…. If they don’t trust me I’ll update this review to a whole new star level. What’s the expression… not mad just disappointed with the lack of communication for their “valued clients”
