Generac Generator contract July 2024, Generator up and running December 2024. Short outage in May 2025 (first time running) never shut itself off. Two appointments later Cool Today decided it must be a burned out mother board. Three weeks later no communication from Cool Today. Now the height of hurricane season and we have no Generator! There is much more to this experience with Cool Today. Sorry I contracted with Cool Today and would NEVER recommend this company. Jeff Munafo please reach out to me!

Service technician Alex was very professional knowledgeable and listened to my explanation of the problem being experienced. He immediately understood and started to trouble shoot, he found the problem within 10 minutes. Alex explained and showed thoroughly to me what caused the problem. He made the repair and checked to make sure it was done satisfactory for me. I can't give more than 5 stars but Alex and Cool Today deserve 10+ stars. Cool Today technician Alex checked all electrical outlets, made one adjustment to a wobbly wall switch. Wore little booties so as not to track in debris. The annual prepaid inspection took about an hour. No issues found, so peace of mind.

Chris inspected my plumbing while still giving loving attention to my pack of dogs (they love him to death) He took pictures of everything and gave me maintenence tips, can't wait to see him on my next maintenance trip.

Getting ready for hurricane season, I decided to purchase a 14,500 watt tri fuel generator. In receiving various quotes for electrical upgrade, I decided to hire Cool Today. The first technician arrived and started panel upgrade and rejuvenate various breakers. The disconnect was ordered incorrectly and when finally arrived, the technician was asked about labeling breakers and that it was an up charge of $325 regardless of various breakers being moved. I feel that this service should have been completed.

We have spent a tremendous amount of money with your company. We have been giving different instructions on one project regarding the Halo water purifying system. I still don't understand what I should be doing., You put in a new generator and was told by Brian that the generator would provide enough energy for the entire house for two weeks. The first storm we had just three days of energy. We had only the refrigerator and a few lights on. Needless to say I have been very disappointed in the generator situation as well as the Halo. We continue to use your organization because of the annual inspections program. This is against my better judgements. Thank you for your time.

I called these folks during the holidays and was able to get a quick appointment. The Tech (David) arrived on time with a neat and professional appearance. My issue was all my lights were flickering when my washer was in the agitator cycle. David checked the plug,the breaker and the meter for a service fee of $89. I'm told that because there was no issue found the service fee was appropriate. It's not always that one gets treated so fairly by contractors or electricians these days. I will keep their number handy and definitely use them in the future. As such I recommend them to you.

Hired to look at a possible electrical issue for my AC unit. After that was taken care of, claimed I had low coolant. Knowing my air was ice cold before the electrical issue, I got a second opinion. Coolant was perfect. No issue. Not a good look asking for 400+ dollars to repair. Based on recent low reviews, seems to be happening more and more.
