Wow! I am so very impressed with Cool Today. Our sales person, Jimmy, was there for us every step of the way. The guys that came out to put in our AC units were professional, courteous, very clean, and worked wonderfully as a team. They worked so quickly and quietly I barely knew they were in my house! Lol and my AC works wonderfully! My husband and I had been with Unique Air for almost 30 years . I am so glad we switched to Cool Today. I have no reservations in absolutely recommending them!

It was time to upgrade my air-conditioning system. I got several quotes and decided on Cool Today. Mr. Mullen Provided expert sales and up-to-date information for Our Home and its size. They sent two experienced installers, Fred and Carlos who provided professional installation and detailed information on its operation. Best of all, warranty as long as we own our home. We are very happy.

Great job of trying to up sell. I wish they were as competent at the service to my ac unit. Not really great, the technician spent most of his time trying to sell me Items I had purchased 6 months ago on the last ac check. Not a great vote of confidence in the technician .

From the first contact to insulation, I have been neyond pleased. The salesman Rob was excellent. Very thorough and professional. Answered every question and gave us answers to questions I didn’t know to ask. I’ll be honest, I had other quotes, and they were all pretty close but when he asked about any veterans in my family as I would get a discount, I cried. Your company and its employees are amazing. I asked for his boss’s number and as soon as he finished up the sale, I called his boss and told them how pleased I was. One day later, today, was the installation! One thing I like is the texting with a link to follow your worker. And they also called. I had Paul and Fred. Cordial, polite, explained everything. I was super Impressed! It feels so cool.in my home today! Thanks to Cool Today!!!

Salesman was on time and professional. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He took samples and I am still waiting to hear about the results, but it has only been 1 week. I am grateful that he did not try and sell me a water softener. I am sure there are better ones, but mine is just 1 months old.

From our initial Sales visit with Scott to the install by Frederick and Carlos, everything was top notch!! Scott was so knowledgeable, not pushy and we received our quote in a timely manner. Our temp patch that had been done week before by another company didn’t last over the weekend and on Sunday late afternoon text Scott who responded promptly and had us set up for a Monday morning install!!! The install guys, Frederick and Carlos, were outstanding! It was a hard install but they worked all day and we are back to getting cool!!! Polite, cleaned up well! Gave us a good tutorial of new equipment and info. So happy with the entire process and level of service! Would definitely recommend and plan on having them do our maintenance. Response to our service request was very good. Technician was very polite and efficient. However, it seems like every time a Cool Today tech comes out they find something wrong with what the previous person did, and then want to sell a replacement item.

Cool Today always tries to upsell you. Makes me suspicious if they "forget" things that should have been done at installation. It's annoying after ten years and spending thousands. Too bad another company isn't capable of servicing my equipment.

Had Greg Lussier come out to give us a quote for a generator. He was prompt and professional and provided many options for possibilities even not going the full generator route. Highly recommend. Nice to be told other options than just the most costly.

My post is for AC: the all time best experience starting with my salesman, Jimmy, and of course, the installation crew (Jonathan and his brother). My 28 year old system passed away on 6/18/25 in Sarasota FL. I had a very professional meeting with Jimmy. Liked him and everything he said. No pushing to buy. After that one hour meeting I was easily ready to join the Cool Today membership. Wasted one more day for another company's quote. Not worth the time when you're sleeping in 89° temperature but I did. After that 2nd quote, I went straight back to Jimmy at Cool Today. Within one day I had my refinancing approved and the installers scheduled the next day. Jonathan and his brother were the most dedicated, determined, very driven, and took pride in their work to do this upgrade/install for me. It was almost like they were putting this new system in their very own homes. I am 110% so happy for choosing Cool Today and highly recommend this company for your AC needs.

We wanted an A/C that would not cost us an arm and a leg in maintenance and would remedy the shortcomings of our old system. So we shopped only for one that had a lifetime warranty on labor and parts. We found one at Cool Today. Our salesman Jimmy came out quickly and on time. He took the time to answer all our questions and didn't pressure us in any way. We decided on a unit ($$$$) and arranged the install. Kenny and Austin showed up a couple days later. We were afraid with all the work we had scheduled that it might take them more than a day to do the work. They were quite a team. They worked together well and made steady progress. They were careful and knew what they were doing. They finished up shortly before five. They left the job site in good condition and explained how to operate the new thermostat. We would highly recommend Cool Today for A/C installation.

Unreliable Service & Inconsistent Technicians Cool Today has been a huge disappointment. Every time they send a technician, it’s someone new who isn’t familiar with my system, leading to inconsistent service and repeated issues. Instead of properly fixing things, they waste time upselling unnecessary services. It feels like they prioritize sales over actual customer satisfaction. There techs don't know and don't even thing of getting a manager to fix your problem they are worthless, won't even give you a call back For the high prices they charge, I expect reliability and expertise—not a guessing game with different techs every visit. If you want consistent, professional service, look elsewhere. They are not it.

Your tech showed up on time and got the toilet working, but I didn't appreciate him trying to sell me a new toilet. The one he just worked on is only a few months old! He made a point to tell me that our renters did not plug the toilet and the reason that we had a problem was because our toilet wasn't powerful enough. He tried to upsell me to a pressure assist toilet like in a public restroom, instead of a gravity toilet like 99% of the toilets in people's houses in America. Other than that they did a good job and the price was reasonable.

Whole HVAC buying process, starting with knowledgeable and attentive sales guy Chris and competitive prices, then excellent, fast and friendly installation crew was flawless and pleasant. It is a professional company and gets job done on time and as promised. I knew I was going to be spending a lot of money and that there were a lot of options out there. I got four estimates with fairly similar equipment and prices ranged from $17,000 to $32,000. I made my decision based on the information I received from Phil, the salesman from Cool Today. Of all the people I spoke with Phil was the most detailed and gave me several options that would work for my house. Phil also found damaged ductwork that no one else did. Once I decided to use Cool Today they installed the new system the next day. The crew showed up and worked all day. The installation looks great and the system is working perfectly. The crew was so nice and left our place very clean. This was truly a great experience.

Cool Today was good on the original installation especially after we had issues with control wiring coming down to the first floor from 6 floors above. Their latest service / preventative maintenance visit seemed more focused on upselling me a UV light and surge protector If they were so Important why weren’t they included on my original quote?? Additionally I asked about hurricane straps in addition to clips and the tech was in aware of a hurricane strap is required? But the old one was still connected by a screw laying on the roof. After I met the tech on the roof to discuss the surge protection I discovered the old strap is laying on the roof and not installed. This is a hazard that either should be replaced along with the clips or removed if the clips satisfy hurricane code requirements so the strap isn’t blowing in the wind doing damage to the other units I felt like I was taken on this service call….. The tech however was extremely courteous and willing to do what was asked but obviously seemed trained to upsell on maintenance visits. When trying to sell me the surge protector he had said about half the units had them. When I met him on the roof only 1 unit had a surge protector and the building was equipped with lightning protection which should deal with a lightning surge. I just wanted to know if a surge protector was needed or required and if so why wasn’t included with the original installation.
