I was in need of a routine 6-month air conditioner maintenance, to avoid costly repairs in the future, and I contacted COOL TODAY... and they were cool! Also, Tecnician Francisco Gonzalez was cool, too! I called in the morning, ordered a TUNE-UP, and Francisco was at our condo by that afternoon! Cool! Francisco was poltite, knowledgeable, worked methodically and thoroughly, checking everything and answering my many questions with a friendly demeanor. When finished, Francisco presented us with a HOME HEALTH REPORT CARD, detailing all aspects of our A/C... really cool!

10/10 no one is happy when the AC goes out with a heat index of 107. But Cool Today and my tech Jason Collins helped make a bad situation bearable. Our a/c unit had stopped cooling our upstairs bedrooms during the hottest part of the summer. Cool today was able to provide a same day appointment and Omar was our technician. Omar from was able to quickly diagnose the issue with our a/c unit. He manages to arrange the system to cool the upstairs before coming back the next day to replace the necessary part. He was friendly and knowledgeable and had our AC unit back and working within a day. Top notch service.

We had a service done today by a technician, Justin C. He's been out twice before and has done excellent work. We request him every time we need something done on our unit. Justin always suggests preventative maintenance to keep the unit running as well as possible which we appreciate. Although we've had other technicians in the past who were good, Jason is excellent. We will always request him to come back to our home. Thank you, Jason!!

Nice staff! Called them to install an EV charger at our office. The sales person they sent out was great. Showed him our charger and what we wanted to achieve. He got us the price and got it scheduled the next day! The service guys they sent came out and reviewed everything prior to starting to make sure everything went smooth, which it did. Cool it Today Crew showed up first thing this morning to do an install. We had scheduled to be away from the house, but felt very comfortable allowing the team to access the home and complete the installation. Jonathan called us to state the install was completed before we returned. The house, garage looked as if nobody had been there except for the fact the AC Unit and Air Handler, was installed and the home was cooling when we returned. Completely impressed with the professionalism that was displayed by this team of Cool It Today installers. Not sure it can get any better than this. Very impressive!!

Joshua the CoolToday tech came to the house to service and check the new cooling system that was installed after Hurricane Helene. It Survived Milton. He was very nice and friendly. He explained what he was checking and servicing. During his work, He found a loose wire in the compressor unit outside not making full contact and repaired it He installed new wire nuts on all other wire connections. At the completion of his service he said there was no charge. It was complimentary with the new install the year before. I Highly recommended the company.

We have been using Cool-Plumbing-Energy Today for several years to test our 2 backflow devices in Palmetto, FL. We are snowbirds so we are not there when this needs to be done. This company is so reliable and professional. We know that we can rely on them to do the job within a matter of days. They keep us informed when they're on the way & during the testing. The service rep sends us photos of the testing results, etc. They ticket the backflows and email everything to us. Then they send the report to the county. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them. Great job!

He spent well over an hour, was very thorough and identified areas of concern with my AC that I was completely unaware of and flushed out the system and did other maintenance support. Your Technician is amazing !! He showed up on time and got right to work on our system. Adam Collins is professional and informative !! We have been down here for two years from up NORT Wisconsin, and have been running a portable dehumidifier all summer both years. My wife asked him if this is common down here to run a small portables along with your HVAC system. His answers are never just yes or no, so it took some investigating. He made the adjustments and the humidity dropped from 64% down to 40%. Jean and I have owned our own businesses for decades and know a keeper when we see one. Please let me know if you plan on letting him go. We would be willing to place him on one of our TEAMS.

My post is for AC: the all time best experience starting with my salesman, Jimmy, and of course, the installation crew (Jonathan and his brother). My 28 year old system passed away on 6/18/25 in Sarasota FL. I had a very professional meeting with Jimmy. Liked him and everything he said. No pushing to buy. After that one hour meeting I was easily ready to join the Cool Today membership. Wasted one more day for another company's quote. Not worth the time when you're sleeping in 89° temperature but I did. After that 2nd quote, I went straight back to Jimmy at Cool Today. Within one day I had my refinancing approved and the installers scheduled the next day. Jonathan and his brother were the most dedicated, determined, very driven, and took pride in their work to do this upgrade/install for me.
