I was replacing the kitchen sink faucet and the cold shut off valve leaked quite a bit. So I had to shut off the main shut off valve, so the whole apartment was without water. I call several plumbers but they could not get anybody out the same day, I called Cooltoday and they had a plumber at our place 3 hours later. He repaired the valve and we were up and running. They were very responsive to our dilemma.

At 10:30 this morning, I discovered our water heater was leaking in the garage. I called Cool Today, which said they could get a service technician to my house between noon and 4 p.m. Ken Planz arrived at 1:30 pm. He concluded the heater needed replacing and did have a spare in his truck. He removed the old tank and installed the new one before 4 p.m. He did an excellent job and answered all my questions. The plumbing tech arrived here just before nighttime and temporarily fixed the back flow valve that was leaking badly so I had water for the night. He was back the next day and replaced the valve with a new one. He was so good that I had him come back on Monday morning to fix/replace the main valve where the water enters the house. Also replaced the garbage disposal which had not been working for a couple of years. The whole time he was courteous, respectful, and was able to answer all of my questions while taking care of the jobs at hand. I would recommend him and the company that he represents to anyone who needs plumbing work. And addressing Thomas’s manager, you should really consider giving that man a raise. Had them come out on a Sunday emergency call because my AC maintenance was running but not cooling. The tech came out at appx. 89 PM and when she was attempting to tech the capacitor, she noticed that a wire had become separated and burned. She fixed it within minutes and the house started cooling again. We are extremely happy with the service provided by this company, and are highly recommended

The service we received from Cool Today Cooling exceeded anything I have seen anywhere in the USA or internationally. Ronnie was our tech. My wife and I had altitude sickness in Colorado at Loveland Pass. We flew on oxygen 24/7 back to Bradenton yesterday. We called Cool Today at 4 pm In Bradenton yesterday. Ronnie came at 5 pm on a Saturday after a 14-hour shift. Our AC airhandler was down, and the house was a humid 92. We were sure it was back to the hospital. We LOVE Cool Today! We had a service plan with Badger Bob. Our system was leaking water. A technician “supposedly” repaired the leak and we went out for the afternoon ( it was a Friday) When we returned home, we realized that the system was not working, and it was hot! . We called to have a the tech return , and were told by Badger Bobs that we would have to wait until Monday which we felt was outrageous considering we had a service plan! I manage several vacation rental properties that were severely impacted by hurricane Helene. Two out of five properties in the same complex had no air conditioning. One of them had a service contract with Cool Today, I called them earlier in the morning and they sent a technician out the same day. The other property that was having an AC issue had a different company, i contacted them and they sent a technician out as well. lThey told me that the whole system needed to be replaced to the tune of about $8000. We would like to give a huge shout out and thank you to Cool Today, and particularly to Adam who came to our house at 9 o’clock at night, quickly fixed the problem, and got our AC up and running. he insisted on staying for a little bit to make sure that the problem was truly fixed, and he was great about explaining exactly what happened so we can avoid the problem in the future. He was polite, courteous, and clean; putting booties on when he stepped into our house at the front door, taking them off when he stepped out of our house into the garage, and then putting them back on to come back through and explain things to us. Such great service, I highly recommend!!! Emmanuel was so efficient and professional. While I was visiting my mother in Naples, the bath tub water valve broke and the bath tub would not stop running and we had to turn off the main and then had no water. Emmanuel with Cool Today showed up in under two hours and replaced the valve control for a reasonable price. I wish I had such a great service provider where I live in Atlanta.

He was incredibly friendly and professional. He gave me some recommendations for the work I will need but showed pictures to justify what he said. He was efficient, fast, and very polite. A great experience for an emergency repair. Will definitely use again Okay — so I was quoted $1600 for a coil cleaning. Schwartz air quoted me $880. I thought Taylor was great but this company was almost twice the cost. Go with Schwartz air.
