2nd time using CoolPlumbing and was a great experience both times. This time we had a sewer backup and we were able to schedule after hours and they came the next morning. Our technician Zachary quickly found the clog and cleared it out. So grateful for great service! Will use whenever we need a plumber (even though we hope we don’t 😀).

The Cool Today Company is absolutely one of the best contractor companies we have ever had work for us . In the middle of the tropical storm, Debbie, our HVAC system completely failed. From our first phone call to Cool Today ,they have been very professional, courteous and genuinely had our best interests at heart. My husband and I will always be grateful for their lighting speed and five star service in solving our emergency. Thank You Cool Today. P.S. We first called another( initials BB) large HVAC company that we had previously worked with and they totally messed it up, so we called Cool Today. What a difference in service!!!

Great job done by Adam. My original home builder used pex for an outdoor mounted tankless water heater. The UV ruined the pex and pinhole leaks were in multiple places. It wasn't an emergency so I called late on Tuesday, Adam scoped it out Wednesday, and got the needed stock and made the repairs on Thursday. The result is a plumbing job that will withstand the brutal Florida sun.

COOL TODAY was excellent. I needed some duct modifications, insulation ( above garage and garage doors) as well as a duct cleaning. The team of James Judge Jr., Cody Valentin, Randy Windmen, Bobby Dawes, Tyler Duffell and Danny Ruiz were excellent. They cleaned up after themselves and my home feels great. I was replacing the kitchen sink faucet and the cold shut off valve leaked quite a bit. So I had to shut off the main shut off valve, so the whole apartment was without water. I call several plumbers but they could not get anybody out the same day, I called Cooltoday and they had a plumber at our place 3 hours later. He repaired the valve and we were up and running. They were very responsive to our dilemma.

I’ve used Cool Today for a variety of services at my home in Sarasota including A/C, Electrical and Plumbing. They helped me with a kitchen remodeling project where I put in an island with a gas range. Most recently, they came out to service my LG mini-split A/C cleaning the filters and treating the coils on all 5 headend units in my house. Jake was the technician. He arrived on time, was thorough in his work and pleasant to work with. He kept me informed of his progress while he worked and explained everything as he completed the maintenance of my systems. He presented me with some preventative options I could consider pointing out a potential issue with these systems, if not properly maintained. He wasn’t pushy about it but gave me the good and the bad side to consider. I strongly recommend using Cool Today for anyone needing assistance with plumbing, electrical or A/C issues. They are pretty fair when it comes to price and do a good job addressing these issues.

The customer service rep at the Cool Today call center had us a same day appointment in a matter of moments. We were notified prior to arrival and it was well within the expected time. Billy Kerimi is a consummate professional who not only fixed the problem but explained what was accomplished. The management worked with us in arriving at a more than fair price . I purchased a preventative maintenance program because I was so impressed by everything Cool Today provided and highly recommend them.
