We have used Cool Today since we bought in Venice in 2020. They were highly recommended by the owners that lived here before us. We We’re very pleased with the service that we received from the Cool Today representative this past week. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. The only thing that we could say is that we wish that the workers stayed longer to build a relationship with the same one. We pay $20 per month for the service.

I don’t know how to rate my service call fairly because the tech arrived when they said he would and he was nice BUT the cost of having him put in a new water heater was ridiculous. I understand that prices are high on everything. So I checked with Home Depot and the heater only cost $600 how can you expect me to pay $2600? It’s not even that hard of a job to justify that much of a margin.

We had a service contract with another company, but our water heater broke 12/26 and they did not answer their 24/7 emergency line. Our neighbor recommended Cool Today and they came within 3 hours. Very professional. Miguel was our plumber and he addressed all our needs. No more leaks. The toilet flange had broken and I expected a high price to repair. Plumbers are not cheap, but this was well within my expected range of costs. I will use their services again when I need a repair.

Electrical Safety Inspection. Today our home had it's first electric safety inspection. Our two box breakers were checked and several connections were tightened up. The interior of our home was then inspected. All was well except they recommended all our smoke detectors be replaced by smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, ideally using the 10 year battery type. I received a "report card" covering all the items that were inspected. And because I use for Cool Today for A/C maintenance their was no cost to us! Our plan is to soon add a "whole home serge protector" and to replace the smoke detectors. The inspection couldn't have been easier. Emre, who did the inspection was polite, informative and never pushed any of the recommendations. I've used Cool Today for close to 15 years for our A/C units maintenance. I will continue to use Cool Today for keeping our home comfortable and safe!

Had a leak under my sink. A service technician was available within 24 hours and was very punctual. He arrived at a time accommodating my morning schedule. The problem was nominal, involving a few twists of a screw to tighten part. There was no charge. David Miller and AJ showed up at 8:15 a.m. ready to go. Hard workers who never took a break. Took pains to make sure drop cloths were placed in work areas.
