We had our service check today by Ali Almusawi from Cool Today. Best technician we’ve ever had. We’ve lived in Florida for 40+ years, and have had multiple homes and air conditioners serviced and replaced through the years; however, we’ve never had such a polite, thorough and professional inspection/service performed as we had today. Cool Today needs to recognize this individual for his work ethic, and ensure he is well compensated so he doesn’t leave. We will totally request Ali for all our future services.

William was friendly and explained everything I need to know. Also told me option that were available to me. Was very well educated in his field and honest. I would use Cool Today again!

If you value your time and money DO NOT use Cool Today. We had them scheduled (3) times for our commercial property just do a maintenance visit on our AC unit. All (3) times no one ever showed up, I never got any phone calls or communication and I had to be the one to reach out each time. I finally gave up! Awful service and communication!

I have an air handler with heating element but the outside compressor doesn't have a heat pump. The technician was able to correct the wiring in the thermostat to make the hot air circulate in the house during the cold season. Thumbs up for a very good job! thank you very much! Cool Today had sent me a solicitation for a $59 hot water heater flush. My heater was installed 2 years ago and had never been flushed so I took advantage of the offer. Their service tech Ken P arrived according to schedule and rendered courteous and professional service. He was clearly very knowledgeable and his work exceeded my expectations. In summary, I was very happy with this service experience and would recommend Cool Today to others that need this type of service.

Fast arrived and act professionally. Initially convinced us to buy "top of the line" LENNOX, which failed in less than 3 years. Part is not available locally, and labor cost is $2400 to replace. Now 87F inside the house and wait time for the part - 8 days! Update: got a call from Manager name Zak. Nice person, He apologized for inconvenience lowering labor cost to $1900. Bumping rating up from 2 stars to 4.

We had Cool Today provide an HVAC inspection. The inspection was at a great price and the Service Tech did an excellent job. He was on time, and polite. In doing his inspection he identified areas in our Duct work that needed immediate attention (we followed up with the company that did the installation under warranty). The Tech was very knowledgeable. I am definitely adding this Company (Cool Today) to my list of companies I would use if needed in the future.

Paid an $89 service fee. If I was told that an $1,100 flat rate would be your price when I called, there would have been no need for you to come out. Terrible way to do business, not to say in advance the price of flat rate, so you can make an $89 service fee collection. Shame on your scam.

The plumbing tech arrived here just before nighttime and temporarily fixed the back flow valve that was leaking badly so I had water for the night. He was back the next day and replaced the valve with a new one. He was so good that I had him come back on Monday morning to fix/replace the main valve where the water enters the house. Also replaced the garbage disposal which had not been working for a couple of years. The whole time he was courteous, respectful, and was able to answer all of my questions while taking care of the jobs at hand. I would recommend him and the company that he represents to anyone who needs plumbing work. And addressing Thomas’s manager, you should really consider giving that man a raise. He is an asset to your plumbing team and you don’t want another plumbing company hiring him out from under you. He’s that good. Thank you Cool Today and Thomas for your sterling service. James Cox

As far as regular A/C maintenance, performed by different/maintenance techs who are doing their best and work had, I noticed that some of them need to be better exposed to more/different filtration equipment that’s installed in the field.

Francisco was super nice and helpful during my AC tune-up. He listened and shared all of his findings- even with pictures! He was honest when he wasnt sure about something and then asked his manager for more information. He let me know recommendations, but wasn't pushy or "salesy." I will definitely be using them again!

I walked into Home Depot for a ladder and noticed a sign for an HVAC tune up for only $29 and right away I thought to myself that's Cruz a great deal. After scanning the QR code and filing out a quick questionnaire I received a call/ email from Cool Today. The lady scheduled us for an appointment right away. A technician named Cruz showed up and did a fantastic job inspecting, cleaning and explaining everything thoroughly. Overall a great great experience. Two thumbs up!

Adam was great. Very informative and thorough. Inspected and cleaned the outside unit. Adjusted blower speed to decrease humidity and added 2.5 lbs of refrigerant. Over $900 including maintenance. Don't know where that stands in terms of cost.

He checked the whole system and showed us that the fan was set to “On” instead of “Auto”, which inevitably saved another service call. Cool Today was having a promo through Home Depot the other day while I was there shopping. The price was right for an AC tuneup which I needed. They were able to schedule the service right away. Francisco arrived today on time. He was friendly and completely professional thought the visit. He showed me what he was doing and gave a thorough review of the service with a written checklist and made recommendations. I signed up for the annual plan which was priced fairly.
