Plumbing Today did an install on my Trutankless water heater and LeakSecure device. Jose Vejar did an amazing job, he was a pleasure to meet. Showed me the ins and out of the new water heater. Was very respectful and responsive. Did a phenomenal job on the install, will definitely recommend to any of my friends and neighbors.

Just had my first scheduled preventative maintenance performed on our new A/C system. The work was done under the Lifetime Warranty we purchased with the system. The technician, Rafael Ramirez, arrived within the first hour of my 4 hour service window (I always appreciate that!), and was very professional and knowledgeable. Of course the six month old system checked out OK. I’ve been nothing but completely satisfied with Cool Today. Yeah I was not ecstatic to purchase a new A/C system six months ago, but if you have to pay $xxxxx thousand dollars, give your money to Cool Today. Worthwhile investment.

The techs show up on time, a text is sent with a picture of the tech so I know who is coming. They service my HVAC system, let me know if there are any issues and explain to me what was done. I am on a service plan so I don't have to remember to schedule service, they call me to schedule. Have had great experiences with this company.

That is how I found them and was very impressed and pleased with the service of Cool Today. Omar was the Technician that did the work and said that I had 2 options; repairing or replacing. No pressure whatsoever and very courteous. I went with replacement and was very pleased with Mitch who presented the product and explained everything. Their warranty and maintenance plans were very reasonable. This company presents as an honest and trustworthy company… I highly recommend them.

They confirmed the appointment, called before arrival and text me a photo of who was coming. Billy kept us updated throughout the appointment and got our AC back up and running in less than an hour. Francisco and his trainee Jack did a thorough cleaning and inspecting of all aspects of our A/C system. We were shown an option Captura UVC Germicidal Air Purifier to provide better air quality, as well as the cost of only replacing our UV light source. They we’re courteous, and respectful of our home. I would highly recommend these men! This was done as part of our warranty on this new system.
