I had Cool Today come to get an estimate to remove and clean the dirty coil in my A/C. I was quoted $2400. Got a quote the next day for $800 from Nice Air. The guy from Cool Today did clean the drain pipe from the A/C. Charged me $279.00, poured 2 gallons of hot water in the pipe, and was here for about an hour. Spent most of that time trying to sell me a new unit for $9000-$10,000. The guys from Nice Air cut the drain pipe to find a huge clog. They put a snake in the pipe and did a proper job. Lots of gunk came out. I'll be calling Nice Air from now on.

When we got back on the island after hurricane Milton, we discovered that our roof-top air conditioner was kaput. Upon advice from two other condo owners in our association, we went to Costco to get our air conditioner replaced. The vendor is Cool Today. In three days time we had a new air conditioner. The service was fast and efficient. The technicians did a great job of removing the old equipment and replacing with the new. In a few hours we were up and running. This was not an easy job because they needed a crane to remove the old unit and place the new one (two stories). And the nice thing is that the entire system is an upgrade from the old system. I recommend Cool Today to anyone needing a/c service or replacement.

Today I had Cook Today come out to service my AC system. My technician's name was Franz. I can't tell you how much I appreciated his knowledge, his thoroughness, and respect for my home. He took much needed time to clean my system and explain to me all that he did. I think him and his company for the service that was given to me today.

Purchased an annual care plan from Cool Today and after scheduling the electrical safety inspection included in the plan, it was canceled and had to reschedule. Then after scheduling the plumbing safety inspection, the technician didn’t make it within the noon to 4 timeline and well after 4pm, still no word from the technician, not even to let us know he was going to late. Called Cool Today custom service to reschedule after wasting a whole afternoon waiting, they couldn’t get me rescheduled until sometime in June (it’s April 15). Absolutely the worst customer care and the care plan was a total waste of money. Will never, ever us Cool Today again.

We were almost mislead by those $200 ads offering house and dryer vent cleaning. Once the CoolToday rep came to our home and gave my husband and I a detailed presentation on various cleaning options available for our system, we knew we were in good hands. The workers showed up today as scheduled, and worked for four hours cleaning our vents and caulked any cracks along the way. They were careful to cover the work areas with plastic sheeting and remove any debris from our floors before leaving. Overall, CoolToday did a fantastic job and we are looking forward to a better nights sleep, less sneezing, and having piece of mind knowing the air is cleaner in our home.

We had a great experience with Cool Today. As busy parents running a business, we don’t have much time to keep up with AC maintenance, so our unit ended up badly clogged, it started leaking and even shut off. I called their office, and they were super responsive, getting us on the schedule right away. Ahmad, our technician, called early within the expected time window to let me know he was on his way. He was professional, courteous, and even put covers on his shoes before coming in. He let me know the vacuum would be a little loud, which I really appreciated. He explained everything clearly and even showed me pictures of the areas that needed attention. He was able to clear out the AC drain line, which was in rough shape, and had everything back up and running in just over an hour. I’ll definitely be signing up for their care plan to stay on top of maintenance from now on.

I highly recommend Cool Today. We signed up for their twice yearly maintenance plan. They came out today and spent two hours checking out our equipment and making sure everything was working well. I thought for sure they would find something that would need replacing, but we passed with flying colors. Very unusual to find a company that is so honest.

The A/C technician Joseph Robinson was at my house within 1 hour of calling for assistance fixing my A/C unit. Joseph was very efficient and checked my whole system and fixed the wires to my sending unit. Since this system is very old he conducted an analysis and determined that the system will need to he replaced in the near future. I would highly recommend CoolToday for service in the future . I’ve been a long term Customer of Cool Today for approximately 20 years and have had them maintain several of my properties. Last Friday continued to remind me why doing business with Cool Today has been a wise decision. Last Friday I had an issue that started with water pouring out of the wall. I called Cool Today when I found it, late in the day, and they fit a call with me the same day. Maximus showed up around midnight and worked through the night until 5:30 the next morning. He went through the entire system, made repairs and prepared the lines with a solvent to clear the lines. Robert came in the following day and after 3 hours, successfully cleared the line, tested the flow to ensure it worked and left me with a well running system. Over the years I have bought my new Ac units from Cool Today, as well as the 10 year warranty and the annual maintenance agreements. This recent episode and the great response was Cool Today continues to demonstrate those were good decisions!

We LOVE Cool Today! We had a service plan with Badger Bob. Our system was leaking water. A technician “supposedly” repaired the leak and we went out for the afternoon ( it was a Friday) When we returned home, we realized that the system was not working, and it was hot! . We called to have a the tech return , and were told by Badger Bobs that we would have to wait until Monday which we felt was outrageous considering we had a service plan! We were desperate to get our AC fixed!! We called Cool Today at 8 pm, and although we were not a customer, they had a tech at our house within the hour! Ronnie was amazing! Even though it was late at night, he was polite and efficient! He had our AC back working within 10 minutes! We signed a maintenance contract before he left! Thank you Cool Today!!

Cool Today came out to give me the 29 dollar inspection. The tech said I needed a deep cleaning and it required 2 techs and it was going to cost 2,240 dollars. I said that’s ridiculous and I paid 1400 to install it. He said he has been working for over 30 years and that’s the way it is. Over 2000 dollars to clean a mini split. I would gladly pay up to 500 dollars but that’s highway robbery.

Cool Today is the only call you need to make for plumbing analysis and repair. William came to our house that is finally recovering from Helene and he gave us a very professional and practical assessment of what needed to be fixed and exactly how to do so for a reasonable price. We were really pleased with the care and expertise he showed for each project and his ability to solve the mystery of a leak coming from behind a wall. I will be requesting him to be assigned by Cool Today for a few final projects.

Escaped the possible need for a new hot water heater…Plumbing today pricing is high but the work is very reliable. Have used them before with excellent results. We made an appointment for Plumbing Today to properly install the faucets for 4 new sinks, attach an existing garbage disposal unit, and replace 2 toilets. Our technician arrived promptly at the appointment time and worked non-stop for almost 8 hours!! He explained all our options and went over the costs for all the work that needed to be done. (We hadn't done much in 20 years.) He was professional, friendly, and did neat work. Having the "membership" paid for itself in one visit. Had plumber out to evaluate shower faucet that was not working. He said we needed a complete new faucet and quoted 1800.00$ to replace the faucet and the shower is plastic easy access in wall behind it from closet. We went to lowes and purchased a new knob and cartridge took 30mins to change out and it was less than 50$! Why he said it was a 1800$ job i have no idea but it was the most absurd price for a simple fix that wasn't even the issue! Beware. He also didn't even have the part on his truck to even repair if we did want it repaired and said they couldn't come back have until Monday to get it fixed!

AC, this company is good. Electric, the guys they send is friendly. The problem is the plumbing, it’s more miss than hit. They’ve come out 5 times and only once was a nice experience. This latest one, they had installed a water softener back in July, but since installation, my water bill has doubled. They came 3 hours after the appointment window to tell me that it’s fine and it has to be the meter from the water company because it was replaced last year. Well guess what, it wasn’t them because the meter was replaced months prior and working perfectly until the water softener was installed. What a waste of money and time. Do yourself a favor and go with another company

Recently purchased a home here in Englewood and had Mr Myuola from Cool Today over to check things out on my heat pump, which I knew little about including the age. He answered all my questions and then some. Very courteous, clean knowledgeable and took his time with me. I very seldom write in for something like this but my experience was just top good! Normally if I said something like that it would be sarcasm, but this is sincere.

Our technician came well within the 4 hour time period. He was friendly and professional. Worked on unclogging our kitchen drain from the kitchen. He tried a few times but it didn’t clear the drain. He thought he might have to send someone else the next day with different equipment. But tried unclogging from the roof through the vent stack and was successful. Great job! I highly rate Cool Today.

We’ve never had a bad experience with CoolToday. Everyone from the people on the phone to the techs that come into our home - they’re kind, knowledgeable, and really good at their jobs. We just had a new vent installed and Cody, Randy, and Chris were great! They kept us in the loop of what they were doing and made sure to double check things before cutting any holes in the ceiling. They answered all of our questions and were super personable. Well done to everyone who works to make this company what it is! I’m continually impressed!
