Great experience from start to finish. The representative scheduling appointment was professional and courteous. My technician, Chaz, was knowledgeable, thorough and polite. My service call was part of a great maintenance plan offered , and I paid nothing for a four hour upkeep call, after having paid a minimal amount to be on their plan over 2 years ago. Sam arrived on time. He explained and showed me pictures of what he found on inspection. Recommended solutions and gave me the option of completing all or some on the fixes same day. I was surprised to see my system had started growing mold. We took care of that right away. He installed 3 UV lights inside the system.

Per an email I got from Cool Today, I was told he would be here at Noon to 4pm but he showed up at 10am. Not the right time for me and not his fault, Cool Today gave him incorrect instructions.

Great product and service. Top Name Brand equipment, not off brand like the cheaper vendors. You get what you pay for and Cool Today is worth it!

Francisco did a very thorough job. Very pleasant technician. I do not agree with cutting my labor warranty period in half that the manufacturer allows just because you didn't install it originally. Seems like a money grab.

This young man informed me of what he did and what if any steps are needed to continue to keep my AC unit working in top condition. You could see he followed a step by step training he was given. Cool today was on the job Thursday, replacing our air conditioning system the day after we spoke to their sales representative, Chris. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Team of three arrived and worked hard to get our old system out. They installed our new Lenox system, and then cleaned up afterwards. The team lead by Carlos Rodriguez, was knowledgeable, respectful of our questions, and very conscientious. We are so grateful to have our new air conditioning up and running. On Friday, June 5, my air-conditioning went out. It was 86° in my home and I called another service and they couldn’t come out till next week. I called Cool TODAY! after 5 o’clock and she said they could have somebody out between eight and 11 that night. Couldn’t believe it I did get Joe Zagorski and what a blessing he got my AC up and running. He checked everything to make sure there was gonna be no problems before he left me. This company is absolutely the best bar none because they have Joe I canceled my appointment with the other company which they were cheaper for my other unit for next week and am more than gladly to pay the little bit more to have the best in the business thank you Joe thank you Cool TODAY!. You will always be servicing my air conditioning units and when it’s time to buy a new one, you will get the job as long as I can have Joe if you had 10 stars or 100 stars I would mark them all so so happy thank you

We had an outdoor mishap with our garage faucet, it pulled out of the wall and was leaking pretty badly on Memorial Day evening. We called multiple plumbing Companies and Cool Today was the fastest to respond. Our 1st responding plumber ( Ronny ) was on time, within 15 minutes, and in an emergency that's AWESOME! He identified the problem, solved it, and set a follow up appointment for today to complete the project. Today, Thomas also showed up on time, and completed the effort and we are 100% satisfied with their combined efforts, let's not forget the nice lady (apologies for not remembering her name) who answered our initial questions and scheduled the entire project.
