I really like that I received a text with a photo and name of the person who is coming to my home. The plumber Ruben who was sent out was very knowledgeable and hard working. He let me know what the cost was before doing any work. He explained my situation with me and how he could repair it. I feel that there prices are fair for the work that they performed.

We've had Cool Today perform a 25 point maintenance inspection on our A/C unit yearly for the past two years. The technicians were courteous, professional and informative. They took pictures and recorded all measurements and explained the values and how they related to the health of our A/C. The inspection results were printed out and left with us for review. Overall, we are more than pleased with the service. We recommend Cool Today.

The tech Rudolfo was awesome! He explained everything to me in layman's terms, but wasn't pushy or trying to oversell anything. He let me make my own decisions. He was professional and respectful. I also like the idea of their "Report Card Sheet". It makes it much easier to understand what is being inspected, what is functioning, and what may need attention. Again my technician Rudolfo made me feel comfortable and not pressured into purchasing other services, he told me what they had to offer and what I needed. I took it over from there. The blower fan in my A/C died and I have needed a u/v light for some time. I usually use smaller local companies but everyone is so overwhelmed after these hurricanes. I decided to give Cool Today a try. I called and spoke with a pleasant person in the office. Chris M came out the same evening. I am very satisfied with technician Steven’s service call. He diligently checked out everything and took particular care to clean out the debris from the AC’s drainage pipe. This mobile home had been unoccupied for at least 3 years and while I was told the AC/heater was installed in 2018, I am sure it had never been serviced. I feel sure that both heat and coolness will now be efficiently provided as needed.

Purchased new AC units through Costco in September 2024, they contract with Cool Today. Cool Today installed two residential AC units in one day. Friendly, organized and clean team. I had an issue with the thermostats a couple months later (11/25/24). A tech (Isaiah G) came to the house and quickly resolved the problems. Friendly, super smart and helpful. I highly recommend Cool Today for AC install and service needs.

I was second for the morning and while the technicians ran into difficulty on the first job, dispatch was able to get Jeremy to the church just after noon. He was done in less than an hour, and provided great advice to prevent a future problem, all at no charge based our maintenance agreement. I highly recommend setting one up. We have been customers of Cool Today since we purchased our home in June 2021. Our HVAC equipment was originally installed in 2015. Cool Today would come out twice a year to inspect and maintain the system. Other than that, we have had to call 2 times for service for repair on the system. Both times Cool Today was absolutely terrific in their response . . . same day and professionally done. At the time of the last repair we learned that a new system would probably be needed within the next year or so since the service life of the existing system was 8-10 years typically. The new systems that would be mandated after January 1, 2025, would be more complex and more expensive than a new system before that date. So, we decided that now would be the best time to get a new system. We received quotes from multiple companies for various scenarios. We chose Cool Today due to our previous experiences with them and also due to the competitiveness of their quote and especially because of the lifetime warranty we would receive on our new system. The installation was scheduled for a Saturday morning and the crew (headed up by Paul Benham) showed up at 8:30 AM and was complete by 1:30 PM . . . and VERY professional and neatly done. We feel that we made an excellent choice by selecting Cool Today!

Our air conditioner stopped working and we thought it was a simple electrical problem; we called CoolToday and they agreed to come out right away. It turned out that our drain hose had stopped up and we had over 60 gallons of water trapped under the system. Brice, the technician, was very efficient and knowledgeable, he worked for hours to remove the water and fix the unit. Price was reasonable and unit works great. We feel very lucky to have CoolToday as a local vendor.

Jonathan and his brother came over to install a new A/C unit at our house and were super happy with every aspect of the installation. They arrived on time, went through what they were going to do and started working. I checked in on them every so often to see how it was going and both of them were super nice and explained everything they were doing along the way. I am a perfectionist and these two didn’t let me down at all. They went about their work professionally and kept the area clean. When they were done they made sure I understood how to change the filter and set up the thermostat. They cleaned up everything in the house and my garage nicer than when they arrived. I would highly recommend Cool Today to anyone wanting a new quality A/C unit installed in their house. If they send Jonathan and his brother to install it that’s even better. They were the best workers ever.

We needed motion detection lights on our property and Sergio was sent to do the job. After patiently listening to our concerns, he installed the lights at locations that gave our property the lighting where needed. Sergio installed the lights and cleaned up his work very well. After the lights were installed, we had some concerns and Sergio came to our home a second time, patiently answered our concerns and made changes that were needed. Very well done!

This review is for technician Jonathan V (not Cool Today). Jonathan was extremely polite and very professional. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and patiently answered all my questions. When he finished I felt confident that my A/C unit was in good working condition. He's a 5-Star technician for sure! Cool Today on the other hand gets zero stars for forcing me to buy their expensive AC, Plumbing and Electrical plan when all I wanted was their AC plan.

This was the second air conditioning company I had to check out my unit. The first company was here for less than 5 minutes and concluded that I needed a new unit ... He did not even look at the unit, when he heard the noise, the reason I called for service he automatically said your unit is crying for help. Time to replace it. I manage several vacation rental properties that were severely impacted by hurricane Helene. Two out of five properties in the same complex had no air conditioning. One of them had a service contract with Cool Today, I called them earlier in the morning and they sent a technician out the same day. The other property that was having an AC issue had a different company, i contacted them and they sent a technician out as well. lThey told me that the whole system needed to be replaced to the tune of about $8000. When Omar came from Cool Today to service the rental property they had the cool Today maintenance contract, i asked him if he would please give me a second opinion. He literally fixed the AC unit for a little over $1000. I’m so grateful to Cool Today and Omar.

Beyond thankful for Adam’s work, help and patience today!!! There was a slight battle yesterday between a weed whip and the power to the ac unit… let’s just say the weed whip won! I tried to consult Dr. Google to perform the surgery and after hours of tried and failed attempts, I unfortunately had no luck. Adam waited close to an hour for me to get home from school as he watched my dogs panting in anticipation for any slight breeze. Adam found the issue within about 30 minutes or less and charged for a simple service call as there was really nothing that needed repair. Thankful for the air and lesson learned!
