The technician who attended to repair a plumbing issue was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain different options prior to starting any repairs. Miguel listened patiently as I described the issue and once I was finished, proceeded to show me what needed to be repaired. It isn’t very often where a service technician is as patient and understanding as Miguel was during my call. The repair was completed with efficiency and with a fair cost. When we mentioned our pool heater recently had a gas leak Roman checked it out and replaced all the couplings that had corroded. Over this past weekend, my garbage disposal stopped working. Being our age we are not able to accomplish the replacement alone. Then I remembered we have a service agreement with Cool Today. I made the call and Joshua Mango came out and replaced the unit because it was dead. Joshua was clean and neat and completed the repair in record time. I would recommend Cool Today and Joshua for service and repairs.

I called these folks during the holidays and was able to get a quick appointment. The Tech (David) arrived on time with a neat and professional appearance. My issue was all my lights were flickering when my washer was in the agitator cycle. David checked the plug,the breaker and the meter for a service fee of $89. I'm told that because there was no issue found the service fee was appropriate. It's not always that one gets treated so fairly by contractors or electricians these days. I will keep their number handy and definitely use them in the future. As such I recommend them to you.

UPDATE: AC went off late last night. Called and a service tech Vince was at the house first thing this morning. Determined it was a clogged float switch for the AC drain. MUCH relieved as it was a quick fix. Vince changed out the 2 UV bulbs and did a full system check. He’s knowledgeable and a genuinely nice guy, which is a plus today! A BIG THANK YOU to the Cool Today TEAM for getting us up and running so quickly!!!! UPDATE: Re the AC Condenser The unit went on the fritz yesterday. Made the call to Cool Today. Bryan was at the house by 8:30p and determined the unit was toast. He reached out to the office and this morning @ 9a the install team of Paul and Carlos were here to swap out the unit. THATS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! (UPDATE: (re Ductwork) Ivan and Victor worked on our ducting issues to resolve an air flow problem we were having in one area of the house. We were impressed that their boss Tom came out to the job to review the scope of work with them. We asked them to access the attic from the garage only and not from the bedroom area due to allergies with dust and it was no problem. They were very accommodating. While we couldn’t see they’re work in the attic what we did see was how neat they were in the prep area in the garage. At the end of the job they went around the house to check the airflow and did a checkup/modification to the air flow from the AC unit increasing the fan speed. Not an easy job but they worked very well together as a team. Thank you

I had a technician from Cool Today come to my home today and do a tune up on my air conditioning system. The technician whose name is Anthony did a very thorough job and spent over an hour testing my air handler, compressor, capacitor as well as the other parts in my system. He took the time to explain how I can better maintain my system so that it can run efficiently and last as long as possible. He explained all of the membership options available to me from Cool Today to help maintain my system and I was pleasantly surprised that the monthly cost was very reasonable and a really good value. He also explained how installing a high voltage UV light would increase the air quality in my home and clean the ducts so my family will breath healthier air on a regular basis. Cool Today provides a no interest option to have this system upgrade implemented giving me 18 months to pay. I recommend Cool Today for all of your air conditioning needs.

We've had Cool Today perform a 25 point maintenance inspection on our A/C unit yearly for the past two years. The technicians were courteous, professional and informative. They took pictures and recorded all measurements and explained the values and how they related to the health of our A/C. The inspection results were printed out and left with us for review. The tech Rudolfo was awesome! He explained everything to me in layman's terms, but wasn't pushy or trying to oversell anything. He let me make my own decisions. He was professional and respectful. I am very satisfied with technician Steven’s service call. He diligently checked out everything and took particular care to clean out the debris from the AC’s drainage pipe. This mobile home had been unoccupied for at least 3 years and while I was told the AC/heater was installed in 2018, I am sure it had never been serviced. I feel sure that both heat and coolness will now be efficiently provided as needed.

Purchased new AC units through Costco in September 2024, they contract with Cool Today. Cool Today installed two residential AC units in one day. Friendly, organized and clean team. I had an issue with the thermostats a couple months later (11/25/24). A tech (Isaiah G) came to the house and quickly resolved the problems. Friendly, super smart and helpful. I highly recommend Cool Today for AC install and service needs.

I would give a ZERO review if i could. STAY AWAY do not call these guys unless you want to get ripped off. I called them about my blower motor which stopped working. I called Cool Today & he told me it would cost me $1300.00 to replace the motor and labor as motor was not under warranty. So I did some investigating and found that I can get a motor between $300-$500 so I bought 1 and put it in but I must of got a bad unit as it did not work. So I called these guys again to see if the 1st guy may have been off but no he said it was the motor only to find out this guy wanted $1600.00 to replace the motor as they both told me the motor wasn't under warranty. So I sent them on their way after I paid the their rip off fee. So I decided to call an other company Foundation Air, guy can and diagnosed it said the same thing the motor is no good. Ok how much Foundation Air told me that the motor was under warranty so NO CHARGE FOR THE MOTOR as Cool today wanted an astronomical fee for the motor and install, and I only had to pay him $280.00 for the install. Moral of this story is if you need some AC work done, you might NOT want to call cool today. Call a company that actually knows what they're doing. Foundation air friendly. Very nice person came down to do the work. He was very honest and told me my motor was under warranty. Office lady Jamie that I called was extremely friendly. All around great experience with foundation Air. Stay away from Cool Today as they're looking to GET rich overnight and RIP YOU OFF.

I was second for the morning and while the technicians ran into difficulty on the first job, dispatch was able to get Jeremy to the church just after noon. He was done in less than an hour, and provided great advice to prevent a future problem, all at no charge based our maintenance agreement. I highly recommend setting one up. We have been customers of Cool Today since we purchased our home in June 2021. Our HVAC equipment was originally installed in 2015. Cool Today would come out twice a year to inspect and maintain the system. Other than that, we have had to call 2 times for service for repair on the system. Both times Cool Today was absolutely terrific in their response . . . same day and professionally done. At the time of the last repair we learned that a new system would probably be needed within the next year or so since the service life of the existing system was 8-10 years typically. The new systems that would be mandated after January 1, 2025, would be more complex and more expensive than a new system before that date. So, we decided that now would be the best time to get a new system. We received quotes from multiple companies for various scenarios. We chose Cool Today due to our previous experiences with them and also due to the competitiveness of their quote and especially because of the lifetime warranty we would receive on our new system. The installation was scheduled for a Saturday morning and the crew (headed up by Paul Benham) showed up at 8:30 AM and was complete by 1:30 PM . . . and VERY professional and neatly done. We feel that we made an excellent choice by selecting Cool Today!

Our air conditioner stopped working and we thought it was a simple electrical problem; we called CoolToday and they agreed to come out right away. It turned out that our drain hose had stopped up and we had over 60 gallons of water trapped under the system. Brice, the technician, was very efficient and knowledgeable, he worked for hours to remove the water and fix the unit. Price was reasonable and unit works great. We feel very lucky to have CoolToday as a local vendor.

Jonathan and his brother came over to install a new A/C unit at our house and were super happy with every aspect of the installation. They arrived on time, went through what they were going to do and started working. I checked in on them every so often to see how it was going and both of them were super nice and explained everything they were doing along the way. I am a perfectionist and these two didn’t let me down at all. They went about their work professionally and kept the area clean. When they were done they made sure I understood how to change the filter and set up the thermostat. They cleaned up everything in the house and my garage nicer than when they arrived.
