I walked into Home Depot for a ladder and noticed a sign for an HVAC tune up for only $29 and right away I thought to myself that's Cruz a great deal. After scanning the QR code and filing out a quick questionnaire I received a call/ email from Cool Today. The lady scheduled us for an appointment right away. Needed a plumber for a concern. Wanted to replace some sink valves that had become corroded. I called 8am and asked for an appointment. I was in no great rush. I was told they could do the job between 12 and 4. Ken showed up at 1pm. He accessed the job and said he had to go to the warehouse for the parts. He came back in a half hour. Finished the job in an hour. He came on time, was very courteous and cleaned up after the work was done. The price seemed very fair. Extremely satisfied!

Your tech showed up on time and got the toilet working, but I didn't appreciate him trying to sell me a new toilet. The one he just worked on is only a few months old! He made a point to tell me that our renters did not plug the toilet and the reason that we had a problem was because our toilet wasn't powerful enough. He tried to upsell me to a pressure assist toilet like in a public restroom, instead of a gravity toilet like 99% of the toilets in people's houses in America. Other than that they did a good job and the price was reasonable.

I called these folks during the holidays and was able to get a quick appointment. The Tech (David) arrived on time with a neat and professional appearance. My issue was all my lights were flickering when my washer was in the agitator cycle. David checked the plug,the breaker and the meter for a service fee of $89. I'm told that because there was no issue found the service fee was appropriate. It's not always that one gets treated so fairly by contractors or electricians these days. I will keep their number handy and definitely use them in the future. As such I recommend them to you.

Again, Cool Today tried to take advantage of my elderly father in law.The tech said the saftey float switch is bad, along with the U.V. light.Yes the float switch is bad,, but the U.V. light is glowing bright. Asked if the older trustworthy tech was available, they said.. they didnt know, or have the ability to see if he was. I have the pictures of the bad float switch, and WORKING U.V. light.
