I was replacing the kitchen sink faucet and the cold shut off valve leaked quite a bit. So I had to shut off the main shut off valve, so the whole apartment was without water. I call several plumbers but they could not get anybody out the same day, I called Cooltoday and they had a plumber at our place 3 hours later. He repaired the valve and we were up and running. They were very responsive to our dilemma.

I had free service performed after being a new A/C unit in April. I had a 12 to 4 appointment window but the tech arrived at 4:20. he was polite and did the expected maintenance service. However he did not however have the proper equipment to check the refrigerant which was disappointing. That was not his fault, he was not given the proper tools to do his job. Since this unit is new it could be presumed the refrigerant was ok, but why be sent out to do a check, and not check it.

Back in July 2024 I had Cool Today install an air conditioner for over $10,000. It is a package unit so it’s just pick up drop in and then connect and it’s done so we all thought the unit worked fine. It just wasn’t installed properly and it took six months for them to install it right? In December 2024 they came out and fixed what they didn’t do the first time they were here back in July in between July and December I had at least 20 visits from them complaining about the temperature difference because one temperature said 76°, which was on there thermometer And all the other thermometers in the house which I had bought from Amazon said 80. Well they realize what they did wrong and they came out and fixed it in December. Which was good they fixed the way it was sitting on the slab. They poured concrete they they did it all just right now. It’s April 2025. The form is still around the air-conditioning unit waiting to be removed. The sand that’s pile around the forms came from my yard they dug a hole inside my yard And they were kind enough to fill it with the leftover concrete. I’ve called about this and I’m still waiting to hear back from them. Their service is very good because they come out most times on the same day. I’ve had them out here as late as 10 PM at night fixing my air conditioner, but when it comes to being professional and treating your property like it was theirs is a big fail. I will use them for servicing this great air conditioner if it works cause I don’t know because I got in December and I don’t know if it’s gonna cool my house properly yet still with my fingers crossed it seems to be working well at the moment. Use them for service. Don’t use them for installation of a new unit.

We LOVE Cool Today! We had a service plan with Badger Bob. Our system was leaking water. A technician “supposedly” repaired the leak and we went out for the afternoon ( it was a Friday) When we returned home, we realized that the system was not working, and it was hot! . We called to have a the tech return , and were told by Badger Bobs that we would have to wait until Monday which we felt was outrageous considering we had a service plan! UPDATE: AC went off late last night. Called and a service tech Vince was at the house first thing this morning. Determined it was a clogged float switch for the AC drain. MUCH relieved as it was a quick fix. Vince changed out the 2 UV bulbs and did a full system check. He’s knowledgeable and a genuinely nice guy, which is a plus today! A BIG THANK YOU to the Cool Today TEAM for getting us up and running so quickly!!!! UPDATE: Re the AC Condenser The unit went on the fritz yesterday. Made the call to Cool Today. Bryan was at the house by 8:30p and determined the unit was toast. He reached out to the office and this morning @ 9a the install team of Paul and Carlos were here to swap out the unit. THATS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! (UPDATE: (re Ductwork) Ivan and Victor worked on our ducting issues to resolve an air flow problem we were having in one area of the house. We were impressed that their boss Tom came out to the job to review the scope of work with them. We asked them to access the attic from the garage only and not from the bedroom area due to allergies with dust and it was no problem. They were very accommodating. While we couldn’t see they’re work in the attic what we did see was how neat they were in the prep area in the garage. At the end of the job they went around the house to check the airflow and did a checkup/modification to the air flow from the AC unit increasing the fan speed. Not an easy job but they worked very well together as a team. Thank you

Mind you I called at, 5:30 in the afternoon and was not expecting service the same day but was ecstatic that we did not have to suffer through the heat and humidity last night. We will definitely be signing up for their whole home plan for $20 a month to continue to get this awesome service and not have to worry about AC, plumbing, or electrical when we have a problem. Such great service, I highly recommend!!! Emmanuel was so efficient and professional. While I was visiting my mother in Naples, the bath tub water valve broke and the bath tub would not stop running and we had to turn off the main and then had no water. Emmanuel with Cool Today showed up in under two hours and replaced the valve control for a reasonable price. I wish I had such a great service provider where I live in Atlanta.

Bryce, the technician, was wonderful. He was super thorough and checked out everything and answered all our questions. Outstanding job! We were also impressed with the speed with which Cool Today came out to us, and the fact that they answered the phone after 9pm and then had someone call us promptly next morning to set appointment the same morning. When they say today, they mean TODAY! It was very easy to request an estimate online but more impressive was how quickly they were at my home to prepare an estimate. I made my request at midnight and at 8am Daniel was here ready to prepare an estimate. By 10:30 work had begun and was completed the same day. Daniel, Miroslav and Kevin were exceptional and efficient. No doubt that I will be using your services again soon especially with the TotalCare Today plan I purchased which, because of the 20% discount, entirely paid for itself already. Great Job!
