Our technician, Josh, showed up very timely and addressed concerns. We had our house repiped through Plumbing Today several years back and the part that needed to be replaced was from wear and tear. Cool Today technician Alex checked all electrical outlets, made one adjustment to a wobbly wall switch. Wore little booties so as not to track in debris. The annual prepaid inspection took about an hour. No issues found, so peace of mind.

This experience with cool today has been the worst I have ever had. We had a tech come out today to clean our AC and diagnose a noise we have been hearing and he did neither. He told us the AC coils were dirty and did not clean them, then when we asked about the noise he said I have no idea, and had to call someone else who said we could schedule another tech to come out for a few. I need a refund for the $60 I paid for absolutely nothing today and a competent tech to come tell me what is happening with my unit. Every time I speak or deal with anyone at this company it is a nightmare. Starting from the very beginning 4 years ago when I bought this system from cool today and my entire house was flooded because of the incompetent technician. Please give me a call so I can further explain and let me know how it is will be resolved

I had a new water heater installed at my house by this company. Prior to installation I asked to have the plumbing manager call me two different times. I was never called back. After the installation I had some questions and concerns about the job and price I had to pay. I called and left a message two times for a call back and was told both times a "Donna" would call me right back that day. She never did. The work done was satisfactory, however the price seemed way out of line and the customer service after the sale is terrible. I still have questions and concerns.

Extremely impressed over the past 24 hours. Cool Today specialist Jimmy arrived and evaluated the existing system and listened to what we were looking for. We signed the sales agreement at 5:30pm Thursday and had a new 5 ton AC installed in less than 24hours. Installation looks great and looking forward to the performance over the many years to come. Foreman Paul along with Franz crushed the install and were professional, courteous and detailed. Amazing assets to have on your team.

The rep showed up on time and went right to work. At one point he showed my wife a picture and told her that we had mold. She asked to see the mold in our AC unit, and he showed an area that was covered by the filter. He told my wife that it would cost $1,000 for an ultraviolet treatment, and that it would be a little less if we had a contract. Then my contractor came over and looked at the area and told us it was just dirt that could be cleaned with Clorox wipes. If anyone is considering Cool Today, please keep in mind that the reps make a commission by selling you services you don't need.

Technician Donald was very helpful and did a great job cleaning the outside unit, improving air flow. Before the cleaning and freon charge, the unit was working real hard to cool the house. Now it's able to keep the house at the desired temperature, which I'm sure will help drop my sky high electric bill.

I had a pretty disappointing experience with Cool Today. Michelle in the office was so pleasant and helpful in getting me scheduled, but unfortunately the technician was not as great. Quadrea Bain came out and replaced the capacitor on my unit, then told me my compressor was failing and that I shouldn't run the system. He immediately started calling the parts department, pushing financing, and contacting the office to sort out payment before I even had a chance to think. When I told him I wanted to get a second opinion and would not be purchasing the compressor, he left visibly upset and clearly frustrated. I later had another company inspect the unit, and their technician confirmed the compressor was working fine and that the system simply needed a good cleaning. They also discovered the unit is still under manufacturer warranty, which Cool Today never checked or mentioned. I felt rushed and pressured into an unnecessary and costly repair. I expected much more honesty and professionalism from a company with this kind of reputation.

Chris Pego was an absolute professional. Cool Today did such an awesome job fixing my electrical issues, I got a whole house contract with them. 3 years later, they still wow me. Chris inspected my plumbing while still giving loving attention to my pack of dogs (they love him to death) He took pictures of everything and gave me maintenence tips, can't wait to see him on my next maintenance trip.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I want to start by stating my complaint is not with the techs that have come out or with the installation itself. We hired Cool Today to install our AC unit back in the spring of 2020 and paid for maintenance for three years. Everything has been great until our AC stopped working last Monday. We obtained quotes from Cool Today and Tri-County to repair it. Only to find out that Cool Today failed to register the unit they installed in 2020 for the 10 year warranty. Not only does the paperwork from the purchase/installation state that this was included and Cool Today would take responsibility for registering the warranty, but it is also stated on their website. We did not find this out from Cool Today, but from Tri-County Air after they quoted a much more reasonable price for the labor and found the unit was not registered. Cool Today's failure to register the unit is now likely delaying the repair until resolved. They have offered no solutions or alternatives to remedy the situation. We have been calling daily and we continue to be told we will get an update soon. It’s been over a week in the middle of a heat wave.

Update July 29th: After a frustrating day of miscommunication a could weeks ago, a manager called to see how they could make things right. They came back out to provide another service recommended by the technician to make up for all the issues earlier. I also highly recommend requesting Steven Briggs as your technician. He's extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. July 16th: The actual service was fine, but scheduling and having a technician around when requested was not. Due to circumstances out of my control, my 4-8 window was an issue because I want going to be home until after 5. I called and spoke to someone who put a note in the system to make me the last call of the day from 6-8pm. At 1:30pm, I received a phone call from the technician saying he could be at my house in 30 minutes. This was obviously not going to work for me. After talking with the technician and explaining that I would not be available until after 5, he said he'd discuss it with dispatch and either they'd have to reschedule me or they'd send a different technician out at my requested 6-8 time frame. He said they were putting him on another call and someone would come out to my house later today, or if I preferred to reschedule I could do that. Around 4:15, I received a text message saying the technician was on his way. This would put him at my house before the 6pm time frame. I was not home yet. I called Cool Today to let them know this, and they said the technician was 35 minutes away around 4:30. I had to quickly leave work and try to make it there in time. The person on the phone said the tracker showed the technician 35 minutes away. Only 5 minutes after hanging up the phone the technician called to say he was at my house. So the tracker was incorrect and they arrived when I was not going to be home. Normally, I'd be thrilled for them to come early, but I made a specific request due to my schedule to come at the end of their day. Very disappointed as a member at these major miscommunicated and the many interrupting phone calls while I was working.

I'd keep looking. Unless you like wasting your own time to be ignored after literally being told they dropped the ball and promising to make it right. I shouldnt lose work time to wait for someone who isn't even coming. Asked for escalation on friday - its two business days later- still no contact from them. If a whole new system, ductwork, and insulation results in 7 degree disparity in room temperatures from 71-78 degrees to 74-80 degrees. My system is constantly kicking on set at 77. I can't lower it because condensation is literally dripping in a cold room, can't raise it unless people want to sleep in heat. I wish i could return the whole thing and start fresh with a different company because ive already had two no shows from the manager that was supposed to help me, resulting on my friday escalation request. I think i could go to tech school and get certified to fix my own problem faster than this compsny will take care of it. Please evaluate your workforce, have less people selling and more people skilled at install and fixing. Can you please come take this system back? How can i trust a warranty when you dont call and you dont show up?

Also, Tecnician Francisco Gonzalez was cool, too! I called in the morning, ordered a TUNE-UP, and Francisco was at our condo by that afternoon! Cool! Francisco was poltite, knowledgeable, worked methodically and thoroughly, checking everything and answering my many questions with a friendly demeanor. When finished, Francisco presented us with a HOME HEALTH REPORT CARD, detailing all aspects of our A/C... really cool!

Omar from was able to quickly diagnose the issue with our a/c unit. He manages to arrange the system to cool the upstairs before coming back the next day to replace the necessary part. Nice staff! Called them to install an EV charger at our office. The sales person they sent out was great. Showed him our charger and what we wanted to achieve. They give you a 4hr window of time when they will be there. But once they text you that the service person is on the way you can actually track them which is very helpful. Lifetime warranty? Since last Sunday 12 calls, including the answering service, promises of call backs. Today, I was told that the part needed was at Johnstone, I offered to go pick it up and was told that the tech had to., but it could not be completed.this weekend due to staffing ! Now, no service til Monday... QA reached out to me, yesterday, and she was very kind and understanding. Unacceptable responses, total disregard for stated, " LIFETIME WARRANTY", @$12.5 K, spent on this unit, and three units in 15 years WHY ? If I could choose zero stars I would.

Cool it Today Crew showed up first thing this morning to do an install. We had scheduled to be away from the house, but felt very comfortable allowing the team to access the home and complete the installation. Jonathan called us to state the install was completed before we returned. The house, garage looked as if nobody had been there except for the fact the AC Unit and Air Handler, was installed and the home was cooling when we returned. Completely impressed with the professionalism that was displayed by this team of Cool It Today installers. Not sure it can get any better than this. Very impressive!!
